Will my payment be processed as soon as I register for a course?
Your payment will not be processed unless the course is confirmed to run. 3. When is the deadline to register for a continuing education course?
Registration must be completed at least one month prior to the course start date. 4. How will I know if the course is confirmed to run?
Courses are confirmed 30 days prior to the start date and are dependent upon sufficient registrants. Courses may be closed due to insufficient enrollment. The OGI office will notify you via e-mail. 5. Is there a cost associated with retaking an examination if I fail?
Yes. Effective January 27, 2009, if you failed an exam you are responsible for the costs associated to retake the exam. This policy is retroactive and will not be modified under any circumstance. The cost is the same price as the initial examination fee. You may pay the retake price with a credit card or check. You must contact the OGI office at 619-298-4116 to schedule the retake examination. 6. I am having trouble registering for a continuing education course on your website. What do I do?

To receive CEU credits, please contact your local state licensing board or APTA chapter. 7. What courses is the MT:1 a prerequisite for? The MT-1 serves as a prerequisite for MT-2, MT-3, MT-4 and MT-5.
